Eric and the Rum

Sometime in the 80s, Eric took it upon himself to drink an entire water glass of rum

Initially thinking there to be too much rum in the glass, he pours it into a smaller glass. After drinking that, he drinks the rum that didn't fit into the smaller glass.

After this, all the people who'd been daring him to drink the rum starting speaking in dire tones about people who'd died after drinking that much in such short order, and how he should go take a nap with a bucket near his head and such.
